VIKO DESIGN STUDIO ("we", "us") is an architectural practice based at Zanker Road, San Jose, CA 95134. We are the data controller for personal data collected through this website. For anything in this policy, write to designstudioviko@gmail.com.

Enquiries. When you use the contact form we receive the details you choose to share: your name, email address, optional phone number, project type, and message. We use them solely to respond to your enquiry and discuss your project — never for marketing lists.

Analytics. We measure how the site is used — pages viewed, buttons clicked, approximate region, device and browser type — to improve it. Until you accept cookies, this measurement is anonymous and stores nothing on your device; see the cookie notice for details.

We process enquiry data to take steps toward a contract at your request, and analytics data on the basis of our legitimate interest in understanding and improving the site (or your consent, where cookies are involved), in line with the Turkish Personal Data Protection Law (KVKK) and, where applicable, the EU GDPR.

We never sell personal data. It is shared only with the service providers that run this site, each bound by their own data processing terms:

• Vercel — website hosting
• Resend — delivery of contact form enquiries to our inbox
• PostHog — privacy-focused site analytics (hosted in the US)

Where data leaves Türkiye or the EU, transfers rely on the providers' standard contractual safeguards.

Enquiry correspondence is kept for as long as needed to handle your request and for a reasonable period afterwards in case the conversation resumes. Analytics data is retained in aggregate form and contains no directly identifying information.

You may ask us at any time to access, correct, delete, or export the personal data we hold about you, to restrict or object to its processing, and to withdraw consent where processing is based on consent. You also have the right to lodge a complaint with the Turkish Personal Data Protection Authority (KVKK) or your local supervisory authority.
