Before You Reserve
A clear scope protects your project.
A 50% design deposit reserves your package and is applied to the full design fee. The remaining balance is due before final files are released.
Packages provide design-intent documents only. Construction, installation, purchasing, permit drawings, engineering, code review, contractor services, and product costs are not included unless stated in a separate proposal.
Final scope and eligibility are confirmed after VIKO reviews your measurements, photographs, inspiration, timeline, and project requirements.
